How is the Response Rate calculated?
Response Rate is the ratio of (number of messages you responded to in 24 hours) to (number of messages you received in total, excluding double texts)
I paid a person to send them a message but they didn’t respond to me. Can I get my money back?
No. This can be very frustrating but we can’t force a response from someone. You should always check the Response Rate and the Average Response Time of a user before sending a message.
I respond in 10 seconds but my average response time is 1 hour. Why?
The minimum displayed time is 1 hour for average response time, which is subject to change since we are in beta. If you have feedback like this, you are welcome to share them on our Discord server.
Why is my attention valued in Turkish Lira’s?
We are incorporated in Turkey and due to financial regulations we use TL. But we will move to USD in the future.
I deposited money, but the money never came to my account. Why?
Due to financial regulations in Turkey, we manually approve all transactions so it might take up to 12 hours (if we are sleeping) to process your deposit. If it takes longer than that please reach out to us.
How do I get verified?
Send a link of your social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc) to our Verification account and message the connek account on that platform, so we can confirm it’s actually you.
You can also choose to submit identity documents like your driver’s license if you are going to use your real identity in your account.
